Employment Protection

This service is provided in a Partnership approach between the FBU and Thompsons Solicitors. Some employment disputes require to be handled industrially. Others can only be resolved by an employment tribunal. Sometimes a dispute will require to be approached both industrially and legally at the same time. The Partnership approach is in recognition of these unique features of employment disputes and of the importance of employment rights to members.

All issues should, in the first instance, be referred to the Scottish Regional Officials for assessment.
